STABILISATION AND ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT - HOW TO EXPORT TO THE EU

One of the main aspects of the Stabilization and Association Agreement is the gradual establishment of a free trade area between Kosovo and European Union. Based on this, the SAA has established a free trade agreement between the parties. As such, the Agreement abolishes customs duties for Kosovo exports, granting them full access to the EU market with the exception of a limited products for which the quota regime shall apply.

In order to help businesses that want to export to an EU market of over 500 million consumers, the European Commission has established an online helpdesk where you can find all necessary information about export procedures to the EU.
