1. Office of the Secretary-General of the Ministry of European Integration is composed of:
1.1. Secretary-General; and
1.2. Support staff.
2. Duties and responsibilities of the Secretary-General are defined pursuant to the article 38 of the Law No. 03/L-189 on State Administration and relevant legislation in force.
3. Duties and responsibilities of support staff of the Office of the Secretary-General are determined pursuant to civil servant legislation into force.
4. Number of employees in the Office of the Secretary-General is two (2).
