"I am grateful and humbly express my admiration for German soldiers in Kosovo. We must work together that peace and stability will ultimately prevail in the region and in relations between the countries of the Western Balkans. From now on, we need to focus on the development and integration. Independence is not self-sufficient, we must integrate and be treated equally with other countries, "said Prime Minister Thaçi.
"We are also ready to normalize relations with Serbia. But this normalization shall never be at the expense of the independence, integrity and sovereignty of the Republic of Kosovo. Serbia should release itself from the medieval mentality and realize that Kosovo and its independence is an irreversible fact," said the Prime Minister at the meeting .
