Division of Procurement

1. Duties and responsibilities of the Division of Procurement are:

1.1. Prepares, coordinates and executes ministry’s annual public procurement plan, in line with applicable legislation;

1.2. Ensures that all procurement requests are prepared and in line with procurement rules and procedures;

1.3. Determines procurement methodology for tender and price quotation procedures;

1.4. Offers advice and assists the managment in decision-making with regard to disputable issues which can arise during the execution of contracts.

2. Head of the Division of Procurement reports to the Secretary – General.

3. The number of employees within Division of Procurement is two (2).
